Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 2:00 pm EST ship the same business day, orders placed after 2:00 pm EST ship the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days.

Please note that processing of certain orders may take up to 24 to 72 hours if they require special handling or customization. Once order is processed the shipping usually will take place the same day if processed before 2:00pm EST.

We offer several shipping options:

• USPS
• FedEX
• UPS

All shipping charges are calculated automatically based on your shipping destination and options are only available to the lower 48 states.

Currently we only ship to the 50 contiguous states. We do not ship internationally or to military installations at this time. We also do not ship to PO Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you.

We do not require a signature upon delivery. However, occasionally the carrier will require a signature if they deem it unsafe to leave the package unattended at your shipping address. If delivery fails due to the fact that the carrier required a signature for delivery (after 3 attempts), and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the order. We suggest checking our online tracking of the package, which will tell you the carrier delivery date, and leaving a note authorizing the carrier to leave the package without a signature the morning that delivery is supposed to occur.
